Refunds or Replacements for Defective Goods
Exchange of Goods
'Cooling Off Period'
There is a cancellation period within which you can cancel your order. The cancellation period starts the day after you received the goods and expires 7 working days later.
Notice of Cancellation
You are required to send a notice of cancellation in writing via post or email. Notice of cancellation by post is to be taken to have been given on the day on which it was posted. Notice of cancellation by email is to be taken to have been given on the day on which it is sent. Notice shall be sent to:

Return of Goods
On cancellation, you shall be under a duty to return the goods to us and in the meanwhile to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
Refund
When the returned goods have been received by us, we shall refund the sum paid by you for the goods. We are not liable for refunds or for your costs in returning the goods to us, if the goods have been mistreated, accidentally damaged or have been used in a capacity for which they are not designed.
Condition of the Goods
All goods returned for refund must be in the same condition as we sent them.
Goods Sent Outside UK using 'Signed-For International' Postage
Goods that are sent outside the UK, that need to be 'signed-for' on arrival at the customers address, must be sent back to be 'signed-for' on arrival at our address. If the goods go missing, the customer must provide traceable proof of sending back to us, before refund is made. If the goods go missing and the customer cannot provide proof of sending back to us, then no refund can be provided, unless the goods eventually return to our address.
Custom-Made Goods
Transactions involving the procurement of custom-made goods, that have been made to a specification that contains errors that are due to the customer, cannot be cancelled.
You are asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably possible.
Claims for refunds or replacement of defective goods must be made, and the goods returned to us, as soon as possible after the defect is discovered. The refund will be made, or the replacement sent, as soon as we have the goods back.
We are not liable for refunds or replacement, or for your costs in returning the goods to us, if the goods have been mistreated, accidentally damaged or have been used in a capacity for which they are not designed.
Refunds on Discount Items
If an order consists of two items that were priced the same, before discount, and a refund is required on one of the items, the refund amount will be half way between full and discount price. For variations of this, the refund will be adjusted accordingly, depended on the probability of the refunded item(s) being a discount item.
If you want to exchange the goods, then the goods should be sent back to us within a 7 working day period.
The 7 working day period begins the day after you received the goods.
All goods returned for exchange must be in the same condition as we sent them.
Custom-Made Goods
Custom-made goods, that have been made to a specification that contains errors that are due to the customer, cannot be exchanged.
