Navigate to the dual-purpose catalogue/OrderForm[Card] webpage.
Select your dioptre value from the 1stPAIR drop-down menus and enter quantity in the product tables.
To order another pair of glasses of the same type, but different dioptre, use 2ndPAIR drop-down menu.
Complete the 'Customer Details' box at the bottom of the Order Form.
Click on the 'Check Order' button to verify your order.
Click on the 'Submit Form' button and wait for the WorldPay window to appear.
Enter your details and submit them to WorldPay for payment authorisation.
If payment is authorised and debited, a 'Transaction Status' webpage will be returned and you will receive auto-response confirmation emails from WorldPay and us. You should then receive your item(s) within 7 working days (inside UK) or within 10 working days (outside UK).
If payment is not authorised, a 'Transaction Status' webpage will be returned listing alternative payment schemes along with an auto-response email from us.
The following cards can be used for payment:

When we have received your cheque payment, you should receive your item(s) within 7 working days (inside UK) or within 10 working days (outside UK).

We will then send you an email that links to a form on a webpage.
Complete the form and submit to WorldPay for secure credit card payment.
The WorldPay window will appear with the item(s) details and cost, preset into the window fields.
Enter your details into the Worldpay window and submit the details for payment authorisation.
If payment is authorised and debited, a 'Transaction Status' webpage will be returned and you will receive auto-response confirmation emails from WorldPay and us. You should then receive your item(s) within 7 working days (inside UK) or within 10 working days (outside UK).
