Timing: ready-made
Once payment is received, you should receive ready-made eyewear within a 7 working-day period (inside UK) or within a 10 working-day period (outside UK). The delivery period starts on the day after we receive the order. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Timing: prescription
Once an order is confirmed, we get the finished glasses back from our technicians within 10 days. At that point, once payment is received, you should receive the prescription eyewear within a 5 working-day period (inside UK) or within a 8 working-day period (outside UK). Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Cost: ready-made
For ready-readers and different dioptre readers, the cost of delivery is a flat rate of £2.50 (including VAT) inside UK and £5.00 equivalent outside UK (Currency Converter). This is for items up to the maximum number orderable on the website order forms.

Cost: prescription
For prescription glasses, delivery is free inside and outside the UK.

'Signed-For' packages
When an order has been accepted, on the resultant 'Transaction Status' webpage and on the auto-response email, a statement indicates whether the package has to be 'signed for' on arrival at the customers address.
