Once payment is received, you should receive ready-made eyewear within a 7 working-day period (inside UK) or within a 10 working-day period (outside UK). The delivery period starts on the day after we receive the order. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Timing: prescription
Once payment is received, you should receive prescription eyewear within a 14 working-day period (inside UK) or within a 18 working-day period (outside UK). The delivery period starts on the day after we receive the order. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Cost: ready-made
For ready-readers and different dioptre readers, the cost of delivery is a flat rate of £2.25 (including VAT) inside UK and a flat rate of £3.00 outside UK (Currency Converter). This is for items up to the maximum number orderable on the website order forms.

Cost: prescription
For prescription glasses, delivery is free inside and outside the UK.

'Signed-For' packages
When an order has been accepted, on the resultant 'Transaction Status' webpage and the our auto-response email, a statement indicates whether the package has to be 'signed for' on arrival at the customers address.
